Barry McDonagh's Panic Away Review
Never suffer from anxiety and panic attacks again! Meet Barry McDonagh, the creator of
"Panic Away," whose product was the result of his own battle with general anxiety
disorder.

Panic Away is a product by Irish native Barry "Joe" McDonagh,
created during his undergraduate years at the University College Dublin (UCD). While in school, he researched
his disorder and discovered that the key to ending a panic disorder was to re-evaluate how the anxiety was
treated. Barry McDonagh discovered that instead of enforcing a state of calm to end anxiety, a better
alternative would be for the person to move into a state of excited arousal allowing the nervous system enough time
to adjust and finally relax. His methods for making this happen include a series of exercises created to
achieve this goal, restore the body's confidence enabling them to fully recover from their disorder. These
techniques are what comprised the first edition of Panic Away in 2001. Subsequent editions were
updated to reflect new findings as they were discovered.
When Barry McDonagh published the first edition of his book, he authored it under the pseudonym,
"Joe Barry," because he was embarrassed people would discover he suffered from anxiety issues. He's
since been open about his fight against anxiety and panic attacks that he's accepted becoming a spokesperson for
fighting it through techniques he teaches. His methods have even caught the attention of famed psychiatric
solution-focused therapist, Alasdair MacDonald.

Panic Away Cons:
- The program requires a commitment from the user and should not be considered a "magic pill" to resolve
their panic attack issues instantly
- Panic Away is not a solution for very severe cases of anxiety and panic attack issues
- Some of the chapters contain repetitive information presented earlier
- The $68 cost covers a downloadable electronic format; customers must pay an additional $30 for a "paper

Conclusion
Barry McDonagh's Panic Away is a comprehensive package of
easy-to-understand information and methods that can be applied by general sufferers of anxiety and panic
attacks. Complete with a PDF manual, audio/video files, access to an online membership support forum,
customer service and one-on-one counseling, Barry McDonagh goes out of his way to offer a product to help those
who've suffered from panic and anxiety attacks. The Panic Away program has been published in over 32
countries and his growing list of testimonials by users is proof that his methods are being used AND actually
work. Barry McDonagh's emphasis on self-control and discipline are better alternatives to
medication but this is by no means a "miracle formula" or a "magic bullet" cure--Panic
Away requires time, commitment and discipline to implement McDonagh's methods. If you don't
find this task daunting, then give it a shot.
